Beef and Broccoli Stir Fry

Mr. Yoshida's Original Gourmet Sauce
1 pound
sirloin steak, lean boneless
1 tablespoon
cornstarch dissolved in 2 tbs. water
2 tablespoons
water
1 tablespoon
vegetable oil
1 bag
frozen cut broccoli, thawed
Slice meat into thin slices, place in a resealable bag and add 1/2 cup Mr. Yoshida’s Original Gourmet Sauce.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Combine remaining 1/2 cup Mr. Yoshida’s Original Gourmet Sauce and dissolved cornstarch, set aside.
Heat 1 Tbs. oil in a large skillet until hot. Add steak to skillet and cook until browned, about 3–4 minutes.
Add thawed broccoli and cook for an additional 2 minutes, stirring.
Stir in Mr. Yoshida’s Original Gourmet Sauce and cook until sauce thickens and boils. Serve over rice.
