1/4 teaspoon black pepper
4 slices Cheddar or Swiss cheese
4 hamburger buns
1 pound lean ground beef
1/2 cup Mr. Yoshida's Original Gourmet Sauce
4 pineapple rings, 8 ounce can, drained
Lettuce and onions (optional)
Preparation:
In a medium bowl mix beef, pepper and 1/4 cup Mr. Yoshida's sauce. Shape into 4 patties.
Grill burgers to desired doneness. Grill pineapple slice. Baste burgers and pineapple rings during the last 1-2 minutes of grilling with remaining 1/4 cup sauce.
Place cheese on top of burgers; top with pineapple and serve on buns.
