Yoshida’s Teriyaki Burger
1/2 cup Mr. Yoshida's Original Gourmet Sauce
1 pound ground beef, lean
1/4 tsp black pepper
1-8 oz. can pineapple rings
4 slices Cheddar or Swiss cheese
4 hamburger buns

Preparation:
- In a medium bowl, combine beef, pepper and 1/4 cup Mr. Yoshida’s Original Gourmet Sauce. Shape into 4 patties.
- Grill burgers to desired doneness. Grill pineapple rings then baste burgers and pineapple with remaining 1/4 cup sauce during last 1-2 minutes of grilling.
- Place cheese on burgers, top each with a slice of pineapple and serve on a bun.
