Yoshida Meatloaf
1 cup Mr. Yoshida's Original Gourmet Sauce
2 pounds ground beef, lean
1 cup dry bread crumbs
1/4 cup onions, finely chopped
2 eggs, beaten

Preparation:
- Preheat oven to 375º.
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, bread crumbs, onions, beaten eggs and 1/2 cup Mr. Yoshida’s Original Gourmet Sauce. Mix well.
- In a 13” x 9” baking dish, firmly shape the meatloaf into 8” x 4”.
- Bake meatloaf for 45 minutes. Top meatloaf with 1/2 cup Mr. Yoshida’s Original Gourmet Sauce and continue baking for 15 minutes.
- Let meatloaf cool for 10 minutes before slicing.
Optional: Before baking, surround meatloaf with favorite assorted vegetables cut into 2 inch pieces. After baking 45 minutes, top meatloaf and vegetables with 1/2 cup Mr. Yoshida’s Original Gourmet Sauce and finish baking.
