Rainbow Vegetable Stir Fry
1/2 cup Mr. Yoshida's Original Gourmet Sauce
1 medium green pepper
1 medium red pepper
1 medium yellow pepper
1 tbsps Vegetable oil |

Preparation:
- Cut green, red and yellow peppers into thin strips.
- Heat 1 Tbs. vegetable oil in a medium size skillet over medium- high heat until hot.
- Add peppers to skillet and cook until tender-crisp, about 3 minutes.
- Stir in Mr. Yoshida’s Original Gourmet Sauce and cook until sauce boils, about 30 seconds.
- Serve with cooked cubed chicken, beef, pork, or fish; or over rice.
