  • 1 cup Mr. Yoshida's Original Gourmet Sauce
  • 2 lb. ground beef, lean
  • 1 cup dry bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup onions, finely chopped
  • 2 eggs, beaten


  1. Preheat oven to 375º.
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, bread crumbs, onions, beaten eggs and 1/2 cup Mr. Yoshida’s Original Gourmet Sauce. Mix well.
  3. In a 13” x 9” baking dish, firmly shape the meatloaf into 8” x 4”.
  4. Bake meatloaf for 45 minutes. Top meatloaf with 1/2 cup Mr. Yoshida’s Original Gourmet Sauce and continue baking for 15 minutes.
  5. Let meatloaf cool for 10 minutes before slicing. Optional: Before baking, surround meatloaf with favorite assorted vegetables cut into 2 inch pieces. After baking 45 minutes, top meatloaf and vegetables with 1/2 cup Mr. Yoshida’s Original Gourmet Sauce and finish baking.
