Ingredients

  • 1 cup Mr. Yoshida's Original Gourmet Sauce
  • 1 lb. sirloin steak, lean boneless
  • 1 Tbsp. cornstarch dissolved in 2 tbs. water
  • 2 Tbsp. water
  • 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 1 bag frozen cut broccoli, thawed

Instructions

  1. Slice meat into thin slices, place in a resealable bag and add 1/2 cup Mr. Yoshida’s Original Gourmet Sauce.
  2. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  3. Combine remaining 1/2 cup Mr. Yoshida’s Original Gourmet Sauce and dissolved cornstarch, set aside.
  4. Heat 1 Tbs. oil in a large skillet until hot. Add steak to skillet and cook until browned, about 3–4 minutes.
  5. Add thawed broccoli and cook for an additional 2 minutes, stirring.
  6. Stir in Mr. Yoshida’s Original Gourmet Sauce and cook until sauce thickens and boils. Serve over rice.

    So easy to make. That sauce really does the trick. I seasoned my beef with garlic salt and seasoned salt. I used fresh broccoli instead of frozen, added half an onion sliced, and while it was all cooking I threw in a few cloves of minced garlic. I served it over steamed rice. My boys devoured it!
