I make a meal with Mr. Yoshida's original Gourmet Sweet & Savory-stewed tomatoes, onion, noodles, chicken and my family love it. It is really hard to find. It would be nice to have it in more normal stores

So glad COSTCO sell this in the U.K. I use this with chicken , chopped up with onions and mushrooms and stir through rice . Easy and addictive. My youngest is fussy but loves this sauce . I recommended it to my friends and now they use it too . Such a soul warming sauce . Love this !! I never want to be without this sauce in my life .

  • Great Marinade for Slow Cooking
    by Lloyd Kaneko
I tried Mr. Yoshida's Original Gourmet with chicken in a slow cooker. It came out great! I used it straight out of the bottle and did not add anything to the sauce. Cooked it slowly so the marinade soaked into the meat. When it was done, the meat was very tender and came right off the bone. But more importantly, it wasn't sickening sweet -- just right!
